AmazeVR brings artists closer to fans anywhere at any time through proprietary immersive technologies. Through our full-service solution, fans come face-to-face with their favorite artists in a virtual experience through integrating the artist’s performance in 8K+ stereoscopic live-action videos into surreal environments that transcend reality. Our vertically integrated distribution model maximizes for quality and reach — offline, through global movie theaters with haptic motion chairs and VR LBEs; and online, through the Amaze app across most major VR headsets and other opportunities.
Founded by the co-founder and early executives of Kakao, a $57B market cap mobile platform company, AmazeVR has offices in Los Angeles (HQ) and Seoul. In 2019, we secured $9.5MM for our Series A fundraising from seasoned investors in the tech and media space. And after we built our Unreal Engine-based technical foundation in 2020 collaborating with artist duo Ceraadi and Roc Nation, we secured an additional $9.5MM to build the future of music.
We’re thrilled to be creating VR concerts with an incredibly talented and passionate team, and we can’t wait to launch our first showcase with Megan Thee Stallion across the US early 2022, followed by a pipeline of global projects. Delivering an exceptional experience across multiple customer touch points is of utmost importance; thus, we’re searching for a rockstar teammate who is passionate about delivering incredible customer service and excited to live the startup hustle. Who you are

5+ years of experience of building, supervising, and executing online customer service practices in e-commerce, gen-z facing services, and/or startups
Expert in customer service implementation (e.g., Zendesk) and social media management platform integration (e.g., Hootsuite)
Extremely organized and detail-oriented to better manage multiple simultaneous tasks with limited time
Strong communication skills using platforms such as Jira, Slack, G Suite, and email
Fast learner across business and technical functions in a rapidly changing environment
Customer service obsession with willingness to do whatever it takes to satisfy customer needs
Excited about working at a VC-funded startup with a small team while wearing multiple hats
Passionate about building the future of music
Excitement for VR and immersive technologies


Build, manage, and execute all customer service procedures, policies, and guidelines
Resolve customer queries in an efficient and timely manner while maintaining accurate customer service records and documentation
Triage incoming support requests using technical platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, Hootsuite) by liaising with other departments across the company (marketing, operations, product)
Serve as the voice of the customer—synthesize user feedback into reports with actionable next steps to improve product and operations
Source and manage all outsourced work when the requirements exceed current resources
