Overview
What if you could see your favorite artist right in front of your eyes?
AmazeVR is a VR concert platform company that brings artists closer to fans anywhere at any time through proprietary immersive technologies. Founded by the co-founder and early executives of Kakao, a mobile platform company, AmazeVR has offices in Los Angeles(HQ) and Seoul. AmazeVR produces VR concerts with proprietary VR technologies, including hyperreal 9K+ live-action shooting capabilities, an Unreal Engine-based VR VFX pipeline, as well as AI relighting, keying, and calibration technologies.

In 2019, we closed a $9.5 million Series A round of fundraising with seasoned investors in the tech and media space.

In the first half of 2022, AmazeVR's first project, “Enter Thee Hottiverse,” a VR concert tour with three-time Grammy Award winner Megan Thee Stallion, was successfully held in 17 major cities across the United States, selling out 75% of shows and achieving 85% total occupancy rate before we even launched.

We’re continuing to partner with leaders in the music industry to continue building a robust pipeline of VR concerts with tastemaking artists—in July 2022, we established a joint venture with SM Entertainment, an industry-leading entertainment group in South Korea, and started producing VR concerts with SM artists.

In September 2022, we secured $32 million in Series B fundraising to continue to build out our platform and bring on talented professionals to our team from across industries.

Want to know more?
Who you are (Technical)
•
3+ years of experience in production experience and/or internship at a creative/marketing agency, entertainment company or film set
•
Good understanding of how video production and film set are run, and have a good sense on how to be a team playing ninja on set
•
Proficient knowledge of any editing software ie, Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, and/or Final Cut Pro
•
A strong portfolio demonstrating production experience with credits of either, director, producer (line producer), or DP
•
Experience in 3D and/or motion graphic skills is a major plus
•
Good understanding of social media content trends is a major plus

Responsibilities
•
Work collaboratively with team in brainstorming on creative content planning and strategy for multiple social media platforms from start to finish
•
Assist in the day to day workflow on projects including developing and managing project timelines, pre-production planning, on set production, and delivery of final files
•
Actively work on set in a pre-designated role (Producer, Director, DP, Lights, Audio etc.)
•
Assist with post production processes for final delivery
